Nothing automatically, beyond ordinary server logs. The site is static. It sets no cookies. It loads no external fonts, scripts or images. It uses your browser's local storage for a single purpose — remembering whether you chose English or Russian — and that value never leaves your device.
Our hosting provider records standard web-server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent) for security and availability. These logs are not used to build profiles and are retained only as long as needed for that purpose.
If you e-mail us — a pitch, a partnership enquiry, anything else — we receive whatever you put in that message: your name, e-mail address, company details, attachments and the content itself.
We use it to read and answer you, to evaluate a possible investment or partnership, and to keep a record of the conversation. We keep pitch material for as long as the opportunity may stay relevant, and delete it on request.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not share your pitch with other investors without your permission. Data may be processed by the providers that run our e-mail and hosting, acting on our instructions. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to vc@talanventures.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK, the GDPR gives you these rights; we apply the same standard to everyone.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
